Extremely terrible, slow and unprofessional service.BMW leasing is a shame for otherwise respectable BMW brand.The staff is arrogant and unprofessional and have no sense of dealing with client. Although theyre selling luxury cars, the customer service is far from being consumer friendly.The finance department is living in stone age with no process in place to obtain signatures on documents digitally. I have not seen a business that takes more than 5 working days to clear a local bank payment check.Taking a luxury car on simple rental agreement is worst than taking a bank loan. The staff will just take the documents and sit on them for weeks, making every possible excuse to cover up for their slow and unresponsive service.No ethics and manners to return business calls or respond to messages from clients.

If you need to buy a BMW or Mini, this is the place to go. AGMC is the authorized dealer and this location handles both brands. Cars are on display and the same location handles car servicing. The team is generally friendly and helpful.Booking in advance for servicing is recommended. Anticipate to wait even if you arrive on time for your booking. The process for dropping off your car is paperless, yet when you collect your vehicle you still need a paper gate pass.

This is the most advanced car workshop Globally. Viewing gallery, reception area personalised and well managed process with check-in and car inspection. I think it can host around 100 cars at a time. I have been loyal to the BMW car brand for 10 years. With my first 2 cars, no issues, loved the service (was much quicker before) and the overall experience ie the agent handling your car would be in regular touch to give you updates. No hassles. On my 3rd car. However my experience in regards their service has been extremely disappointing and sadly I am actually planning to switch brands. I have always had to leave the car for over a day for any service work. They do not offer drop service to their customers or replacement cars in case of long service. I had to keep taking the car more than once to have it rechecked. The agents dont keep you posted, you have to call and follow up. The brakes has been an on going issue since purchase. Hate the screeching sound I have to live with as the service center cant do anything much about it except clean it and thats chargeable. The sound come back in less than a months time.BMW needs to learn the simple , effective , smooth and hassle free after sales service and customer service from Infiniti who are simply brilliant and I guess its time to explore another brand as my next purchase

Am so unsatisfied with AGMC service, after an issue that have occurred recently in my 420 -2015 model (which is still under warranty)I got a part of the inner wall of the door “melted” as you can see in the picture attached, this has happened out of the sudden, and it’s very strange as i am not driving the car much, and it’s parked in a well shaded parking.Customer service at AGMC stated that this problem has Occurred before With other BMW cars and that they r not will willing to fix it.I am very disappointed, as I have been A BMW long time advocate and I have always praised AGMC for the great service it provides; a highly priced one but well justified and to me it was totally worth It.Until this moment.However I am planning to raise this up to BMW and check if this service is up to it’s standards.

Great service center and point of sales for BMW/AGMC in Dubai. Folks seem friendly and well organized. Products are good presented, neat and clean. I purchased two bulbs for the tail lights of my E90 at the size of a pinky for 140+AED which I believe is overpriced but I had to cough it up. In general worth a visit if you are into BMW cars- and motorcycles.

1 time out of 3 I end up having to wait a long time to get my car. Very strange that they dont manage expectations better.Last time I was told the car was coming. After 20min waiting I went to ask and suddenly someone came to tell me they were washing the car... this is a great courtesy but please dont expect customers to be please to wait over 20min to get a car if not told it is being washed. Result I asked the individual to bring my car even dirty. I had to go.

Worst BMW dealer experienced in many countries. The services is just acceptable if you are close to issue a cheque to them. After, once your cheque had been cash in, forget services. Maintenance / after sale department just far below any standards , inexisting. After so many complaints on this type i have read by customer, they still show an out of reason arrogance... i gona buy another brand for my next car.

The level of customer service from AGMCs service department is shocking. I have dealt with both the parts department and the service centre and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. From the initial phone call in, all the way through to the aftersales follow up calls from both the service manager and the customer service department, it has been a total disaster. All but 1 member of staff were abrupt, rude and uncompassionate. The only member of staff that was good was the service advisor, Wael, who was informative, helpful and did his best to resolve my issues.I have provided my feedback already to the AGMC team, and I revert back to sending my car to Abu Dhabi Motors, whose understanding of how to treat clients is far, far superior.

I called the showroom and asked how I go about an evaluation for my current BMW. They put me on hold and then came back to me and said if I am not sure what BMW I want to replace it with then they will charge me something like 500 or 520 AED. So if I am not satisfied with the evaluation and dont go ahead to buy a car it will cost me money. How can I decide what I want to buy if I dont know what they will give me for my current BMW. I asked to.speak to a manager and she told me the manager isnt available. I asked for the managers name and was told they cant tell me who the manager is as they also dont work on weekends. I really love the car but with an attitude like this I think its time to go to another premium brand. Very disappointed and sure Germany wont accept dealers treating loyal customers like this!

Do not expect any support from AGMC.. I took my car there for engine fault and some other issues and of course after four days my main issue was not covered under the warranty *as per their inspections, which I also had to pay for although the car is covered by the warranty!!*I clearly stated that theres an issue with the turbo leak as Ive been told by car experts, but they denied and blame the issue on other parts of the car instead, and refused to move on with the inspections because simply a modification was handled by Abu Dhabi motors in the car history and so theyre responsible for that issue.Different states has the same level of support and AGMC simply cant assist u if youre covered by abudhabi motors which is a hundred Kms away... They dont even offer you any kind of extended services..Basically they want you to go to Abu Dhabi and leave them alone....!Everything leads to abudhabi motors which is where Im going back it seems.... It was a mistake visiting agmc and will never buy from them again. Adios*Update: I took my car to Abu Dhabi motors and I got a totally different level of quality of service. My car is still going under process but hopefully it will get fixed so I can come back here and let the people know how bad is AGMC.*Update #2:Abu Dhabi motors contacted me regarding a notice that theres Oil leak from the Engine Which is something I havent informed them about, as it was supposedly fixed by AGMC just the previous day!!**Attached is the list of jobs requested..**1- engine fault(this wasnt fixed because they refused to cover the issue under warranty)2- door soft close(fixed)3- oil leak(they said its fixed and it wasnt, as per Abu Dhabi motors inspection!)4- window switch(Not covered by warranty and part is not available)How did I end up paying 400-500 dirhams for this? Where is the promised high quality of service when AGMC cant even meet the needed services?

One of my worst experiences was at this place. I went today for my annual car service for the first time. I bought the car one year back from Abu Dhabi brand new & ideally the value paid included a service contract. When i admitted for the service desk i was notified that my car doesn’t have service contract assigned to it & service is chargeable. From my side as it was my first time so i wasn’t knowledgeable about how the process goes & i told the service engineer to start the process as by all means it needs to be done, till i check back my documents & check with the car dealer. I called her back in one hour & confirmed to her that there is a service contract in place & it is not showing on AGMC system as it was pending activation. She called back after four hours at 3:00 pm advising that the car is ready for collection. I replied back to her that it is ok & just give me couple of hour as Abu Dhabi branch is working on activating the service contract on the system then i will come to collect the car. I followed up with customer care & the car dealer to get things sorted out till all is done by 4:00 pm & this was confirmed by AGMC customer care center. I headed back to collect my car & told her that customer care confirmed it is now active on the system. She wasn’t supportive at all & she didn’t offer any help. All what she was saying that i have to pay & it is an issue with AGMC Abu Dhabi & i need to sort it out with them !!!!! I did all the efforts from my side , called Abu Dhabi team & they sent her email confirmation with screenshot that service contract is active. She refused to help or support as the activation date is today & she already advised that service will be paid despite that there was no invoice released!!!! Honestly not sure what type of customer service is this as she doesn’t show basic customer communication skills

Very bad sales service, sales name is asma, delayed to handover the car, no official handover for new car, they just throw the car in the road and left, stil negotiating to refund 400 dirhams (registration fee) while i paid almost 400k for a new car. Sent many emails and no answer, just keeps calling me to activate service and warranty contract, very bad unexperianced sales who cant deal with customers in all ways. Last time to deal with such showroom that doesnt respect customers.

They can never give an approximate timing and how long a repair needs. Its always “we dont know” and “when the car is ready we will call”. Also, by that it means it can take days or weeks, keeping in mind that its a simple repair.

Misinformation from their service advisor caused me to pay for the part which I could fix outside 100 times cheaper. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. AGMC services are hopeless and will not improve. 4th Year, 4 services and performance is disaster. The service personnels I have found them helpful however AGMC as a company need a long way to go in after sales support. 4th Major service still is on going only because of poor planning and quality of replacment parts. Gave the car second time and after 3 days with service center was informed they received faulty spare part and now I need to bring it back in Oct. AGMC has no consideration that other than driving the BMW we have to work, we need a car to go to work. Just because of poor service from AGMC I have to spend for car rental, need to take time off from office to drop and then pick up the car repeatedly.UPDATE on 24 June 2021AGMC continues excelling in bad after sale services . Handed over a on 23 and had to call them 6 times to get an update on what the issue is . Every time assures for a call back and nothing .Cannot understand what does it mean to own a premium car and get such a low level of serviceThis is 5th year and not a singe year they even came close to expectation

I would like to share my experience with your BMW team located in AGMC Sheikh Zayed Road,I cant find words to express how much very satisfied I am and extremely comfortable.First Part ( Car Service) :Started with my regular service ( Oil change , breaking pads .. etc ) , I was directed to Eng. Wael Awaddalah & Technician Tech. Jabir .Eng. Wael was a very professional person , he welcomed me very much and was very friendly, as he received my car, he immediately started the service procedures and he called me next day informing me that the car is ready and service has been done.Eng. Wael is a very friendly and professional person , I was really impressed with his professionality , finally when I went to receive the car, I was very impressed how the car was very clean from inside and outside !! It looked like NEW ! with the wrapping in multiple places inside the car , it really looked NEW !Second Part ( Car Warranty) :I noticed a slight strange sound originating from the convertible and front left of the car while driving , so I immediately called AGMC to book an appointment to check the issue and definitely I insisted that Eng. Wael & Tech. Jabir will be the one to handle my car.As soon as I arrived to AGMC, Eng. Wael welcomed me very professionally and assured me that they will do their best , he assigned to me to Eng. Jabir which took a test drive with me , I really appreciate the way he checked my car , he was very professional and very patient (Almost an hour test drive) he was really focusing on diagnosis the problem and he did .Eng. Jabir is very professional and friendly person and was really a great help resolving my issue.Arriving back to AGMC after completing the test drive , Eng. Wael welcomed me back and offered me a cup of coffee until he finishes my paperwork.I am very satisfied and very happy that Eng. Wael and Tech. Jabir are the ones who took care of my issue.Special THANKS to Eng. Wael ,Tech. Jabir and BMW for their outstanding work and professionality .All I can say is .... Due to Covid-19, I was not able to go to AGMC for my final service.. my cars last free service was at 120,000 km and since i work in the support sector (banking) i had to continue while the whole country was on lockdown.. i went on thursday for my service and the representative told me i have exceeded 120,000 km so i have to pay for the service.. Oil change and lane changing assistant..This is very unprofessional..
